With a large emphasis on wine, we sometimes overlook some of the other tasty products of fermentation; namely, beer. Since beer is often credited with being around since the dawn of civilization as we know it, and since arguably 40% of drinking Americans say that beer is their alcoholic beverage of choice, we felt it pertinent to allow the suds to share the spotlight with their viniferous cousins.
